• Over 30 years of hands-on experience scaling Manufacturing operations, building global Supply Chains, leading New Product Introduction programs, establishing Order Fulfillment solutions and providing post sales Customer Service support
• Learned best practices from creating the manufacturing and supply chain infrastructures for 10 privately funded start-up companies.
• Academic background consisting of a B.S. in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research and a M.S. in Engineering Management

Why I’m here

My training began when companies designed, refined, manufactured and supported customers from within their own brick & mortar factories, supported by in-house cross functional teams that were responsible for all the steps necessary to bring innovative products to market.

That was then, this is now. Today’s landscape requires the seamless coordination of global resources in pursuit of driving cost-effective, high quality, feature rich products to market. Within this shift, there still exists the need to follow prescribed methods of designing and launching new products through complimentary manufacturing operations.

What has changed are organizational structures reflecting outsource models touching every part of a company, the management techniques needed to thrive in this environment, the tightly knit global supply chains necessary to support on-going product shipments, along with program management techniques needed to successfully drive new products into a 24/7 world.

Planning, organizing and executing in this environment is core to my experience and central to where I can help. The virtual product development and manufacturing model is the norm, and with it brings the need to shift management and operational tactics to one of leading global resources driven to meet your company’s market objectives.
